House rules
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The property is strictly for residential/domestic stays and cannot be used for commercial business activities. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking may result in charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return all access cards in good condition at check-out. Lost access cards incur a replacement fee of AED 600.
Getting there
Grocery stores and restaurants are two minutes away. Dubai Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden are minutes away. Dubai Autodrome, Mall of the Emirates and Global Village are a 15–20-minute drive away, depending on traffic.
