Maximum occupancy is two guests. A refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required before check-in. Parties and pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors, and do not disturb neighbors during arrival, departure or occupancy. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional charges depending on damage to the holiday home or others.
Getting there
DMCC Metro Station is a one-minute walk away. Lakeside promenades, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are within strolling distance. Dubai Marina and JBR are 10 minutes away, Downtown Dubai is 20 minutes away, and Dubai International Airport is 30 minutes away. The exact location is provided after booking confirmation.
