This studio accommodates up to three guests and has one bathroom, a living space, a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, linens, clothing storage, a safe and a private entrance are provided.

The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, kitchen utensils, cooking basics, wine glasses and a dining table. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and drying rack. Bathroom amenities include hot water, a bidet, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel.

Maximum occupancy is three guests. Before check-in, either a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00 daily. Do not disturb neighbors at any time, especially 22:00–08:00. Pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Parties are not allowed. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Breaches may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when you book.
