Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking inside is prohibited; evidence of indoor smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning charges. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
