Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for accommodation only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00.
