Submit soft copies of passports before the check-in date. Use the property for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. No smoking indoors. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Children and infants are welcome.
