The studio accommodates up to four guests with a king-size bed and a sofa bed in the studio sleeping area. It has a balcony with pool and Burj Khalifa views and is near Downtown Dubai and DXB Airport. Furnishings include a smart TV, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, bedside reading lights, and bed linens.

The equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a central island and a dining table. Appliances include a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and kettle. Cookware, utensils, glasses, trays and a sink with hot and cold water are provided.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity, mirror, toilet and bidet. Towels, essential toiletries and a hair dryer are supplied. A washing machine, drying rack, iron, electronic safe and laptop-friendly workspace are available.

Guests have complimentary Wi-Fi, parking and access to the building's shared pool, gym and other facilities. Concierge service operates 24/7, and complimentary drinks, tea and coffee are provided. The apartment has air conditioning, an elevator and a private entrance. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher. Children and infants are welcome.

Check-in starts at 15:00 and checkout is by 11:00. Passport copies must be submitted before arrival. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial operations. Indoor smoking is prohibited and incurs cleaning charges. Lost access cards incur an AED600.00 replacement charge.
