Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.

The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. The apartment is near the Boulevard, Dubai Mall and the fountain, with access to Burj Khalifa, Business Bay and Sheikh Zayed Road.
