The studio accommodates up to three guests with a queen-size bed and one extra floor mattress. The sleeping area includes a smart TV, pillows, linens, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights. A sofa and balcony provide space to relax. A baby crib is available, and the apartment is suitable for children and infants.

The equipped kitchen has stainless-steel cooking appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and kettle. Cookware, pots and pans, trays, glasses and cutlery are supplied, along with a sink with hot and cold water. The counter seats two, and the kitchen has balcony access.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity, mirror, toilet and bidet. Fresh towels, essential toiletries, shampoo and a hair dryer are provided. Other facilities include air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, laptop-friendly workspace, electronic safe and elevator. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher.

Guests have complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee, plus access to the building's gym, pool and other facilities. Concierge service and Guest Experience Manager assistance are available around the clock. A Guest Experience Manager meets guests on arrival.
