Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED 600.00. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.
Getting there
InterContinental Mina Al Arab Resort and the Mina Al Arab waterfront promenade are a seven-minute walk away. The private beach area is temporarily closed for construction. Construction in the surrounding area may occur 24 hours a day and cause noise.
