House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odour-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee.
Getting there
Sandy beaches and dining and shopping promenades are steps away. Dubai Marina is a 15-minute walk away. Construction and drilling in the building or nearby area may cause noise on working days from 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–17:00. The gym is temporarily closed for maintenance until 31 October 2026.
