The house

The penthouse has four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, plus three bathrooms. Bedroom amenities include pillows, linens, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights. The living room has a sofa, smart TV and coffee table. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, hair dryer, fresh towels and essential toiletries.

The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island. Equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery. A dining table and balcony access are provided.

There is a private pool on the balcony, along with complimentary access to the building swimming pool, gym and facilities. Complimentary private parking and high-speed Wi-Fi are available. Other amenities include air conditioning, a laptop-friendly workspace, washing machine, dryer, elevator, iron and electronic safe. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are provided.
