Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The property is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fees. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Children and infants are welcome.

Marina Beach, Marina Walk and Dubai Marina Mall are minutes away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
