## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to six guests and has two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king-size bed in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Bedding, blackout shades, closets, hangers and reading lights are provided. The living room has a sofa, smart TV and coffee table, with a dining table and access to the balcony.

The equipped kitchen has quartz countertops, a central island, a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, bidet, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.

Air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, an electronic safe and complimentary parking are available. A baby crib is provided, and the apartment is suitable for children and infants. The building has an elevator and complimentary gym access. Shared pool access is normally complimentary, but the pool is temporarily closed for maintenance until 15 November 2026. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

Check-in begins at 15:00 and checkout is by 11:00. Guests must submit passport copies before arrival. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Indoor smoking is prohibited and incurs cleaning charges. Lost access cards incur an AED600.00 replacement charge.
