Maximum occupancy is four guests. Before check-in, either a refundable security deposit of AED 2,500 or a one-time damage waiver fee of AED 200 is required. Pets are not allowed; service animals are welcome. Parties are not allowed. Avoid noise that disturbs neighbors during arrival, departure or occupancy. Respect residential amenities, property security and neighbors. Do not alter the unit or leave rubbish in public or common areas. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and on the balcony. Rule violations may result in eviction and additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others. Cancellation terms are confirmed when booking.
Getting there
Approximate driving times from Binghatti Gardenia are 22 minutes to Dubai Mall, 16 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 18 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 21 minutes to The Walk, JBR. Dubai International Airport is approximately 27 minutes by car, and Al Maktoum International Airport is approximately 31 minutes by car. Children under 14 must be supervised in recreational and common areas and must not be left unsupervised on the balcony.
