House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED200.00.
Getting there
JBR Beach is nearby, and the beach is steps away. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Heavy construction activity near the building may cause noise and disturbance from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00.
