The apartment has modern interiors, a living room with a sofa, pillows, smart TV and coffee table, a dining table and balcony access. The kitchen has quartz countertops, a central island, stainless-steel appliances, a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, hot and cold water, cookware, trays, glasses and cutlery.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Bedroom furnishings include pillows, linens, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights. Bathroom facilities include a bathtub, vanity, mirror, toilet, bidet, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.

Facilities include air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, a washing machine, elevator, iron and electronic safe. Complimentary access is provided to the building gym, shared pool and other building facilities. The swimming pool is temporarily closed for maintenance until November 30, 2026. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and fire extinguisher are provided.

Complimentary drinks, tea and coffee, a 24-hour concierge and a dedicated Guest Experience Manager are available.
