Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. A mandatory security deposit of AED 1,000 is required before check-in and is fully refundable after checkout. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost-card replacement costs AED 600.00.
Getting there
JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall and Bluewaters Island are minutes away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
