The living room has a sofa, smart TV and coffee table. A dining table and balcony complement the living space. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom, with linens, blackout shades, closets, hangers and bedside reading lights.

The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island. Equipment includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and utensils. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, towels and essential toiletries.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee are provided. Guests have complimentary access to the building gym and shared pool. The pool is unavailable from August until 10 September 2026. A mandatory security deposit of AED 1,000 is required before check-in and is fully refundable after checkout. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost-card replacement costs AED 600.00.
