Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Return all access cards in good condition; lost cards incur an AED 600 replacement fee. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited; evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning and odor-removal charges.
