## About the house

The apartment accommodates two guests. The living area has a sofa, pillows, a smart TV, a coffee table and balcony access. A dining table is provided. The master bedroom has a king bed, linens, pillows, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, bedside tables and reading lights. The bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, mirror and toilet, with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops, a microwave, Nespresso and coffee maker, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator/freezer and kettle. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, trays and silverware are provided, along with hot and cold water. Other amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, a laptop-friendly workspace, heating, an iron, hair dryer, bidet and baby crib. An elevator, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, first aid kit and fire extinguisher are available.
