House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED200.00.
Getting there
Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Construction in the surrounding area may cause noise. The building pool is closed for maintenance from 20 August to 20 December.
