The apartment is close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, the Dancing Fountains and Dubai Mall Metro Station. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away; a salon, laundry services and a supermarket are also nearby.

The living room has a sofa bed, smart TV, coffee table and PS5. A dining table and balcony complement the fully equipped kitchen, which has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island. Equipment includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and utensils.

The master bedroom has two queen-size beds and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. Bedding, blackout shades, closets, hangers, shelves and bedside reading lights are provided in the sleeping areas. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, toilet, towels, hair dryer and essential toiletries.

Facilities include complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, air conditioning, a washing machine, a laptop-friendly workspace, heating, an elevator, an iron, an electronic safe and a baby crib. Complimentary drinks, tea and coffee are provided. Guests have complimentary access to the shared building pool, gym and other building facilities. The pool is closed for maintenance from 20 August to 20 December.
