House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Direct access to Dubai Mall and the Metro via a link bridge. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
