Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a fee for odour removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are within walking distance and a 10-minute drive away. Dubai International Airport is 15 minutes away. Business Bay Metro Station is nearby, with quick access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.
