House rules
Guests must submit soft copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential/domestic stays only; commercial business operations are not permitted. Return all access cards in good condition at checkout. Lost access cards incur a replacement charge of AED 600. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; evidence of smoking may result in charges for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar and Dubai Opera are nearby, with easy access to the metro station.
