Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED200.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, dining, shopping and entertainment are within walking distance. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Neighboring-apartment renovations may cause noise from 08:00 to 19:00 through January 6, 2027.
