Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for accommodation only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Access cards must be returned in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.
