The house

The apartment has a living room, a balcony/terrace overlooking Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain and Downtown Dubai, and a fully equipped kitchen with a service window to the dining area. The living room includes a sofa, smart TV, PlayStation 5 and coffee table. Board games, an electronic safe and a baby crib are available.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Quartz countertops and a kitchen island provide preparation space. The dining table seats six and has access to the balcony.

Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, a third bedroom with two single beds, a maid's room with a three-tier single bunk bed, and two extra single floor mattresses in the living room. The main bedrooms have linens, blackout shades, closets, hangers, shelves and bedside reading lights. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, towels, hair dryer and essential toiletries.

Shared building facilities include two swimming pools, a gym, tennis and squash courts, a children's area and a games room with pool and table-football tables. Access to the gym, pools and other building facilities is complimentary. The apartment has air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer and iron. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher.

The building provides video intercom access, 24-hour security, key-card access to complimentary private building parking and an elevator to the apartment. Burj Vista is across the road from Burj Khalifa and connects to Dubai Mall via an indoor bridge, with a direct link to the Metro. Grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away; a salon, supermarket and laundry services are also nearby.
