The house

The apartment accommodates up to 10 guests and has three bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, a living room and a balcony/terrace overlooking Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, the Dubai Fountain and Downtown Dubai. The fully equipped kitchen has a service window to the dining area, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, utensils and cooking basics. Air conditioning, a washing machine, TV, linens, toiletries, hair dryer and an electronic safe are provided.

Complimentary building facilities include two swimming pools, a gym, tennis and squash courts, a children's area and a games room with pool and table-football tables. The apartment has a PlayStation and board games. Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee are provided. An electric-vehicle charger and outdoor grill are also available.

The building has video intercom access, 24-hour security and key-card access to private building parking, with an elevator to the apartment. A guest experience manager welcomes guests and is available around the clock, alongside a 24/7 concierge service. A baby crib and high chair are available, and the apartment is suitable for children and infants. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher are provided.

Construction in the surrounding area may cause noise. A pool closure notice covers 19–29 August.
