The house

The apartment accommodates up to 10 guests and has a balcony with direct views of Burj Khalifa and the Dancing Fountains. Dubai Mall, DIFC and Dubai Mall Metro Station are nearby; grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.

The living room has a sofa, smart TV and coffee table. Sleeping arrangements include king-size beds in the master, second and third bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom or washroom, plus two extra floor mattresses and one bunk bed in the living room. Bedding, blackout shades, closets and reading lights are provided. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.

The kitchen has quartz countertops, an island, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware and tableware. There is a dining table and balcony access. A washing machine, dryer, iron, electronic safe and baby crib are provided.

Guests have complimentary access to shared building facilities, including two swimming pools, a gym, a games room with pool and table-football tables, and a tennis court. Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee are available. The building has an elevator. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher. An outdoor grill is also available.
