## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to six guests and has two bathrooms, a living room, built-in wardrobes and a balcony/terrace overlooking Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain, Dubai Mall and Downtown Dubai. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cooking basics and a service window to the dining area.

Air conditioning, heating, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, television, PlayStation, board games and an electronic safe are available. Other equipment includes a hair dryer, iron, hangers, essentials and shampoo. A travel crib is available, and the apartment is suitable for children and infants.
