## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to six guests and has two bathrooms, built-in wardrobes, a living room, and a balcony/terrace overlooking Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain and Downtown Dubai. The fully equipped kitchen has high-end appliances and a service window to the dining area, with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster and electric kettle. A washing machine, air conditioning, television, linens, hair dryer, shampoo, hangers, iron and ironing board are provided. An outdoor grill is also available.
