Guests must provide digital copies of passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential use only; commercial activities are not permitted. Return access cards in good condition. Lost access cards incur an AED 600 replacement fee. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited; violations incur fees for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
