House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a charge for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Children and infants are welcome.
