Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED200.00.
Getting there
The maid’s room is temporarily closed. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dancing Fountains are a short walk away; the nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
