## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to 10 guests and has modern furnishings, a balcony, a living room with a sofa, smart TV and coffee table, and a dining table. The master bedroom and bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom; bedroom 4 has two single beds. Two additional single floor mattresses are provided in the living room. The maid’s room, with a single bed and ensuite bathroom, is temporarily closed. The four main bedrooms have linens, blackout shades, closets, hangers, shelves and bedside reading lights.

The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island, with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, bidet, towels, hair dryer and essential toiletries.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking and access to the shared building pool, gym and other building facilities are provided. Additional facilities include air conditioning, a washing machine, elevator, iron, electronic safe, board games and a baby crib. The apartment is suitable for children and infants. A 24-hour concierge service and complimentary drinks, tea and coffee are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.
