House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Access cards must be returned in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Exclusive beach access is moments away. Construction works may be ongoing in the building or surrounding area until July 9, 2027, with possible noise or minor disturbances.
