The apartment accommodates up to seven guests and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a furnished living room with a sofa, smart TV and coffee table, and a dining area with access to a balcony. Each bedroom has a king-size bed; the second bedroom also has a baby bed. Bedroom furnishings include linens, pillows, blackout shades, closets with hangers and shelves, and bedside reading lights.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, hot and cold running water, cookware, crockery, glasses and cutlery. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, mirror, toilet and bidet, with towels, toiletries and a hair dryer.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, parking, drinks, tea and coffee are provided, along with access to the building's shared pool, gym and other facilities. Air conditioning, a washing machine, iron, electronic safe and elevator are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.

Concierge service and a dedicated Guest Experience Manager are available 24/7. A Guest Experience Manager meets guests on arrival. Construction in the building or surrounding area may cause noise or minor disturbances until July 9, 2027.
