House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.
Getting there
JBR Beach is steps away and JBR Walk is next to the apartment. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away. Construction and drilling in the building or nearby area may be audible on working days from 08:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 17:00. The gym is temporarily closed for maintenance until 31 October 2026.
