Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The property is for accommodation use only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.

The apartment is steps from the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountains. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
