House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning charges. Access cards must be returned in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00.
Getting there
The Yacht Club and waterfront promenade are three minutes away. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
