House rules
Submit digital copies of guests' passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00.

The apartment is on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, near Dubai Opera, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
