Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking inside is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
The apartment is between Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Marina, overlooking Dubai Marina Yacht Club. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
