Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The property is for accommodation only, not commercial business operations. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs an odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fee. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; lost cards incur a replacement charge of AED200.00.
Getting there
The apartment is in Marina Time Place Tower, directly on the marina. JBR and the beach are across the street. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
