Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before the check-in date. The apartment is for accommodation only and may not be used for commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Evidence of indoor smoking incurs a charge for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
