The apartment has three main bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, plus a maid’s room with a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Sleeping areas include linens, pillows, blackout shades, wardrobes and bedside reading lights. The living room has a sofa, smart TV and coffee table, with a dining table and access to a balcony.

The equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a central island. Appliances include a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and kettle, with cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery. Bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower, bathtub, bidet, vanity, hair dryer, towels and essential toiletries.
