House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Indoor smoking is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning charges. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of a lost card costs AED600.00.
Getting there
Beaches are just steps away. The Palm Monorail and major road networks are nearby. Construction may be ongoing in the building or surrounding area until July 9, 2027, with possible noise or minor disturbances.
