Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for residential stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Direct access to Marina Walk. JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall, the Metro and Marina Tram are within walking reach. Construction in the building or nearby area may cause noise on working days from 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–17:00.
