House rules
Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at checkout; lost cards incur an AED200.00 replacement charge. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking incurs odor-removal, duct-cleaning and furniture-cleaning fees.
Getting there
Private beach access is provided through an entry card for the beach club at the doorstep. The nearest grocery stores and restaurants are a two-minute walk away.
